EINSOL offers a 14 days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please note your original shipping fee is not refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount. In addition, duties and taxes may be incurred. You are responsible for paying these fees and we're unable to waive or refund them, even if the order is returned back to us.
14-Day Return Policy:
- We accept exchanges and refunds within 7 days of receiving your order.
- After 7 days, we only accept exchanges requested within 14 days of order receipt.
- Items must be returned in new, resalable condition. Altered or damaged items (scratches, tears, etc.) are not eligible for return and may be discarded.
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged goods that have not yet reached our warehouse.
- We only accept exchanges or resending packages; however, we will not issue refunds if the package is lost in transit.
- Please provide us with the tracking number and write your order number and name on the returned package.
- Before returning an item, please contact customer service at info@einsol-hk.com, explaining the reason for the return. Refunds require mutual agreement.
- If you wish to exchange for a different length or style, the item price will be recalculated.
- If your return request is approved, we will send you a return label, along with instructions on how and to send the package. Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date for us to receive and process. Upon processing your return, we will send a confirmation of your return to the email address associated with your account. Once submitted, refunds will be transferred to your bank account in two to ten business days, which depends on your bank.

EINSOL will not reimburse or pay for return shipping or re-delivery shipping costs except the following circumstances
Customer received the wrong item.(customers need to contact us within 30 days of receiving their order, or we will think the customers accept the wrong item and it can not be returned.)
The item is broken, defective. (For broken or defective items, customers need to contact us within 48 hours of receiving their order.)
HOW TO RETURN?
Please carefully package the item you are returning in its original packaging. It must be presented in its original packaging and accompanied by the appropriate sales slip, any appraisals. You are responsible for the return shipping label. Once your package is prepared, please contact our customer service to get further details of returning address.
